Benjamin J. Ross is a Board member for the Colorado Pledge to Diversity and serves as Co-Chair of the 1L Clerkship Committee.  He is responsible for managing the flagship program and helping connect students and employers. Ben encourages legal employers, whether they are members of the pledge or not, to contact him.

Ben works as an associate in Fisher Phillips LLP’s Workplace Safety and Health and Regulatory Compliance Groups resident in the Denver, Colorado, office.  He practices in a wide range of federal regulatory matters and litigation.

A native of Pittsburgh, PA who still bleeds black and gold, Ben moved to Denver to pursue his career as an attorney and to be close to the mountains.  Ben attended Boston College for an undergraduate degree in English and Law School at Cornell Law School.
