Jennifer Jaskolka is Assistant General Counsel/Corporate Safety & Industrial Hygiene Manager at Xcel Energy, a utility holding company that distributes electricity and natural gas to millions in eight states.  The granddaughter of Holocaust survivors, the daughter of an immigrant who strove for and achieved the American dream, and the first in her family to graduate college, Jennifer has always prioritized social justice and applied D&I efforts to achieve it.  She has been active in the CPTD since 2009 and joined the Executive Committee in 2016.
