Kiki Council is a commercial litigation associate at Holland & Hart. In 2013, Kiki graduated from the University of Chicago with a BA in International Studies. Prior to law school, Kiki worked in Chicago as a job developer for refugees and asylum seekers. In 2017, Kiki graduated from the University of Colorado Law School and became the first person in her family earn a JD. Before joining Holland & Hart, Kiki clerked for the Honorable Judge (former Justice) Allison Eid on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
As a biracial and bisexual person who often struggled to feel a sense of belonging in her professional life, Kiki understands very personally the critical need to foster diversity and inclusiveness across Colorado’s entire legal profession. To that end, Kiki hopes to connect students who are not matched through the Pledge to state employers, judges, and justices who are invested in the success of Colorado’s future diverse attorneys.
