Lily Ramirez is an associate at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney, & Carpenter. Lily practices in the areas of professional liability, administrative and disciplinary proceedings for licensed professionals, as well as general civil litigation and personal injury defense. She is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.S. 2012) and the University of Denver (J.D. 2016). After law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Magistrate Craig B. Shaffer in the United States District Court of Colorado.

Lily participated as a student in the Colorado Pledge to Diversity Legal Group 1L Clerkship Program in 2014. Through that process, she was offered a position to work at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney, & Carpenter as their 1L summer law clerk. Lily was invited back to McElroy for a 2015 clerkship. After completing her clerkship with Magistrate Shaffer, she was offered a full-time position at the firm beginning in August 2017. As a new attorney, Lily is excited to help other students succeed and overjoyed to be a part of the mission of inclusion and diversity.
